These schools are open to all, including non-qualified people with few prospects of finding a job. They have an intake of 200 students per year, recruted after a selection process including aggregate information and individual interviews. Applicants are offered a work-study contract with paid training. As mobility is an important factor in all our activity sectors, they need a valid driver's licence and means of transport.
Our centres are also open to staff who already have jobs in the company, but can benefit from technical and professional in-service training to be up-skilled in fields like topography and stonework, or qualify for promotion to leadership positions in the technical trades (team leaders or site foremen).
